On March 25, 2019, a conference on the implementation of the collective agreement for 2016-2018 in 2018 and the approval of the collective agreement for 2019-2021 was held in Shurtan gas chemical complex.
The conference attended chief labor protection specialist of the Republican council of trade unions of workers of oil and gas and geological industry of Uzbekistan, S.Egamberdiev, head of the labor protection department of the association of trade unions of Kashkadarya region, A. Khujakulov, responsible organizer of the Republican council of trade unions of workers of oil and gas and geological industry of Uzbekistan in Kashkadarya region F. Tursunov.
The agenda of the conference participants discussed implementation of the collective agreement for 2016-2018 in Shurtan gas chemical complex, approval of the report of the standing committee of the advisory council on implementation of the collective agreement for 2016-2018 in Shurtan gas chemical complex, and approval of the collective agreement for 2019-2021 for the basis of a grid agreement and a network model signed by Uzbekneftegaz JSC and the Republican council of the association of oil, gas and geological industry of Uzbekistan.
On the 1st issue of the agenda, the chairman of the trade union committee Yu. Botirov, as the only representative of the workers and as the employer, deputy director for economic matters of the complex A.
