To achieve the purpose, educators from the preschool educational establishment “Erkatoy” regularly study and implement innovations in their activities. Attending seminars in Tashkent to study the Singaporean education system has shown us the need to develop essential skills in children, such as cooperation, communication, critical thinking and creative problem solving.
The conference was attended around 320 young people who work in enterprises, organizations and institutions of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

Kholboy Khonqulov built and put into operation the Youth Center at his own expense in the village of Qatagon, Kasbi district, where he grew up. A library, an information resource center, a reading room, computer literacy rooms and others were created in the youth center to create favorable conditions for development of the intellectual potential of young people.
Regional preparatory department of the I.M. Gubkin Russian State oil and gas University in Kashkadarya region carries out its activities since October 2017. As a result of implementation of the first year of the joint project, 43 graduates of the regional preparatory department were accepted in the first courses of branch of I.M. Gubkin Russian State oil and gas University in Tashkent. For 2018-2019 school years, 217 students have been accepted for targeted training in the preparatory department of the regional preparatory department, as well as 36 pupils for additional courses.
